Design & Architecture
UX flows, UI mockups, and technical architecture. Fast but not sloppy — architecture decisions made here shape every subsequent sprint.
Week 3–8
Build
Iterative sprints with working software demonstrated weekly. No surprises at the end — you see the product being built throughout.
Week 8–10
Test & Launch
QA, user acceptance testing, and production deployment. Launch readiness checklist including monitoring, error tracking, and analytics setup.
