Career Overview
Build something
that matters.
A career at GreaterHeight is not a holding position. It is an active place to grow — technically, professionally, and personally. We invest in people who invest in the work, and we structure careers around contribution rather than tenure.
Why GreaterHeight
What makes working here different
We are not the biggest firm. We chose not to be. At our size, every person has visible impact — and every team member feels it.
Real Impact
Projects here are not internal tools for internal users. You build systems that move money, educate people, and power businesses across four continents.
Structured Growth
Every role has a clear growth path. We invest in certifications, training budgets, and conference attendance — because a better-skilled team builds better products.
Global Exposure
Our client base spans Nigeria, the UK, the US, and the Gulf. Working here means working at an international standard — from day one.
Stability & Purpose
Fifteen years in operation with a clear growth trajectory. We have survived multiple technology cycles because we are disciplined about what we do and how we do it.
Practice Areas
Where you could work
GreaterHeight operates six practice areas, each with its own team structure, technical focus, and client portfolio. Most roles sit within one practice — senior roles span several.
Our Hiring Process
What to expect when you apply
We run a straightforward process. We respect your time. We give feedback at every stage — because a hiring process that leaves candidates uncertain reflects poorly on the firm we want to be.
Step 1
Application review
We review every application within five working days. If your background fits the role, a member of our talent team will reach out to arrange an initial conversation.
Step 2
Introductory conversation
A 30-minute call with a member of the talent team. We want to understand your background, what you are looking for, and why GreaterHeight. You will have time to ask us questions too.
Step 3
Technical or discipline assessment
A practical task relevant to the role — usually a take-home exercise or a structured case discussion. We design assessments to be completed in under three hours and to reflect real work, not trick questions.
Step 4
Panel interview
A structured interview with the hiring manager and a peer from the relevant practice area. We discuss your assessment, explore your experience in depth, and give you a clear picture of what the role involves day-to-day.
Step 5
Offer and onboarding
We move to offer within two working days of the final interview. Onboarding is structured over your first 30 days, with a named buddy, a clear first-quarter plan, and a formal check-in at the end of month one.
Benefits & Perks
Designed around how people actually work
We offer competitive compensation and a benefits structure that reflects our belief that professionals should be able to do their best work without distraction.
Hybrid & Remote Working
Most roles are hybrid-first, with full remote available for senior contributors. We care about output, not desk occupancy.
Learning Budget
Annual learning allocation for certifications, courses, conferences, and books. We track this because we want it used, not just offered.
Career Development
Formal bi-annual performance reviews, structured 1-to-1s, and internal mobility across practice areas and office locations.
Health & Wellbeing
Health insurance cover for Lagos-based employees. Flexible leave policies that treat adults like adults. Mental wellbeing support on request.
