An engagement model
that fits your situation.
A dedicated team makes sense when you need ongoing development capacity. A fixed-scope project makes sense when the requirements are known and stable. Staff augmentation makes sense when you need specific skills inside an existing team. GreaterHeight offers all three — and helps you choose the right one, not the most expensive one.
Delivery Models
Four ways to work with us
Dedicated Team
A full team (developers, QA, designer, BA, PM) working exclusively on your product — managed by GreaterHeight, reporting into your product roadmap. Best for ongoing product development with evolving requirements. Typically structured on a monthly retainer.
Staff Augmentation
Individual engineers or specialists embedded in your existing team — filling a skill gap or adding capacity without the overhead of a hire. You manage them day-to-day; we handle contracts, payroll, and technical line management. Best for teams with strong internal structure but a temporary skills shortage.
Fixed-Scope Project
A defined deliverable, timeline, and price — agreed upfront and delivered to specification. Best for well-defined work with stable requirements: an MVP, a data migration, a specific integration, or a bounded feature set. Requires thorough discovery before contract signature.
Managed Services
Ongoing operations, maintenance, monitoring, and support for systems already in production — with defined SLAs, incident response, and regular improvement cycles. Best for organisations that want reliable ongoing operations without managing the team internally.
Advisory Retainer
A defined number of hours per month with our senior engineering, architecture, or strategic advisory team — for ongoing strategic input, code review, architecture guidance, and second-opinion support. Best for organisations with strong internal teams who want access to senior outside perspective.
Discovery Sprint
A structured 2–4 week engagement to scope a larger project — producing requirements documentation, architecture recommendations, effort estimates, and a roadmap. Best when you have a product idea but need to understand what it will take before committing to a full build.
